CANCELLATION POLICY
Please respect my time and business by adhering to the following cancellation policy: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a fee. • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and a fee may apply. • All cancellation fees must be paid before booking your next appointment.
